Introduction and working principle of vertical shaft impact crusher
When the motor runs, it drives the central shaft, four line of hammers are fixed on the centrical shaft, each line with four pieces of hammers. Materials are fed from top of the crusher, they are crushed by the high speed rotation hammers. There are liners around the crusher body to protect the crusher from damage. By gravity, the materials are threw to the crushing cavity and impacted by the high rotating hammers. It goes like this several times, materials comes out from bottom of the crusher.
